Community Links
Community Links is a social action charity, rooted in East London, providing support and opportunities to thousands of people every year. It has been transforming lives for over 40 years and is founded on two principles: to find new solutions to old problems and to deliver them with the whole community.
Its core mission is to support people to come together, overcome barriers, build a sense of purpose and making the most of the place they live in. From its Canning Town base in Newham, the organisation applies the learning from its local work to influence and achieve positive policy changes at a national level.
Famous for its vision of Ready for Everything Communities: Community Links has facilitated groups of people who support each other to overcome problems, prevent their re- occurrence and help each other thrive and achieve goals.
